Terms of Service — Printed Keepsakes and Digital Models

Adult ordering
Orders must be placed by an adult authorised to upload the drawing and arrange the purchase. A child does not need an account.
Your upload
You must have the right to upload the drawing. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content. AI-assisted, manually prepared 3D models may differ from the original artwork.
Manufacturing limitations
Not every model can be printed successfully at every size. Support, repair and finishing may be required.
Manual character preparation
You approve a 2D concept before payment. Our team then prepares the 3D model manually using Meshy and production tools; payment does not start an automatic 3D-generation job. A concept image cannot guarantee wall thickness, stability or printability. We check the final-sized model and ask you to approve the checked physical design before printing. Colours use up to four main colours from blue, pink, green, red, yellow, black, white and orange; screen colours are not an exact filament match. The physical-order revision and refund promises below apply to your order.
Physical keepsakes: revisions, approval and refunds
One minor revision to your prepared 3D design is included before you approve it for printing. This means a small adjustment to the selected character, not a replacement character or a new concept. If a requested change needs more work, we will discuss it with you before proceeding; we will not charge for additional work without your agreement.
You may cancel your physical keepsake order for a full refund at any time before you approve the final 3D design for printing. This includes the delivery charge paid for the cancelled order. To cancel or request your included revision, email hello@scribble3d.com with your order number. Approving the 2D concept at checkout is not approval to print.
If we cannot make your keepsake, you are entitled to a full refund. You do not have to accept a different design or store credit instead. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to show the money in your account.
Printing starts only after your approval of the checked final 3D design. If we change that design, we will seek fresh approval before printing. After approval, contact us promptly about any cancellation request; the additional pre-approval cancellation promise above does not remove any cancellation or refund rights you have by law.
These promises do not restrict your statutory rights, including rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements. A problem report or request for a remedy is not counted as your included minor revision.
Physical keepsake lead time
Please allow 7–10 working days for preparation and printing after payment. We will send your 3D design for approval before printing. Delivery time is additional; delays in approval or requested changes may extend this timeframe. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Digital model packs
The character download product is one saved model: STL and geometry-only 3MF, plus a colour GLB. It does not include a printed product, stand or verified multicolour manufacturing file. Choose your 2D concept before paying; our team begins manual 3D preparation after server-confirmed payment, not instant automatic generation. Repeat downloads of the same saved model do not require another payment or generation. Files are retained in private storage without an automatic purchase-file expiry. Physical orders are priced separately and do not require a digital purchase first. Historical purchases remain available through your account.
The digital model pack costs £12.99 as a one-off payment, with no postage or subscription. The total is shown before secure Stripe payment. Allow 7–10 working days after payment for manual preparation and checks. We email you when the checked files are ready on your private order page. This is not an instant download. The STL and geometry-only 3MF are supplied at a reference height of 90 mm. Use a compatible GLB viewer and an STL/3MF-capable slicer. Materials, supports, resizing and printer settings are your responsibility; compatibility with every printer is not guaranteed. No multicolour filament mapping, printed item or stand is included.
You can cancel for a full refund before the model is first supplied, including during the 14-day cancellation period after payment. At checkout we separately ask for your express request to supply the prepared model before that period ends and your acknowledgement that the change-of-mind cancellation right ends when you first open the 3D preview or download a model file. Approving the 2D concept or paying alone does not start digital supply. We record your consent and include your saved order terms in the confirmation email and in a downloadable copy on your order page.
If we cannot supply your model, we give a full refund. Faulty, missing or misdescribed files remain covered by your statutory rights: contact us for repair or replacement and, where legally due, a price reduction or refund. To cancel or report a problem, email hello@scribble3d.com with your order number. Refunds due are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of an agreed cancellation. Our process does not restrict your statutory rights.
You may download, view and print your purchased model for personal adult display. This does not grant exclusive rights or certify a home print as a toy. You retain your rights in your original artwork. Our service and order information are in English.
Optional cancellation message
To hello@scribble3d.com — I give notice that I cancel my digital model order [order number], paid on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. You may use another clear statement instead.
Member rewards
Every five qualifying paid orders earn one free digital model pack. Every ten qualifying paid print orders also earn one free small, single-colour 3D figure; delivery is charged separately at the price shown before checkout. One paid order earns one stamp, regardless of quantity. Stamps are linked to an adult account and are not cash or transferable currency.
Only confirmed live payments qualify. Demo orders, test payments, refunded or disputed orders, free downloads and reward prints do not earn stamps. Refunds and disputes remove the associated stamps; already redeemed rewards are counted when calculating future availability. Stamps do not expire while the account remains active. A reward in checkout may be reserved until payment succeeds or the checkout expires. Rewards can be used when the relevant checkout is open; print rewards require physical production and delivery to be configured.
Print quality
Not every drawing can be transformed into a stable printable object. Models may require automated or manual repair, joining, scaling, support changes or other manufacturing adjustments. Layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of many 3D-printing processes.
Orders, delivery and returns
Our initial physical delivery area is England, Scotland and Wales, at £4.49 per order. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO or overseas addresses. You enter and confirm the delivery address on Scribble3D before continuing to payment. We check postcode format and territory, not address existence; please check the full address carefully. Billing details entered on Stripe do not change the confirmed delivery address. Contact hello@scribble3d.com before paying if the address needs changing.
The physical-order promises above apply to printed keepsakes. Checkout shows the product price, selected extras and delivery charge before payment. The 7–10 working-day preparation and printing estimate excludes delivery. Digital-download supply and cancellation terms are set out above. Decorative keepsakes, not toys
Physical Scribble 3D figures are intended as decorative keepsakes for adult display, not for children's play. They may contain small or fragile parts. Keep them out of reach of children. The digital game is a separate experience and does not mean a physical figure is suitable for play.
Downloaded model files have not been certified as toys. Home-printed results depend on the material, size, printer settings and finishing. Inspect each print for sharp edges, loose parts and stability before display. Do not use these models for food contact or safety-critical purposes.
Our keepsakes use Bambu Lab PLA Pure filament. We check each design for its intended adult-display use and inspect the finished print before packaging. Supplier material information does not certify a finished ornament as a toy, child-safe or food-safe. This notice does not replace applicable product-safety duties or limit your statutory consumer rights.
Keep your ornament away from heat and out of reach of children and pets. Do not use it for play, food contact or safety-critical purposes. Handle protruding features gently and stop using it if it becomes damaged.
Intellectual property
You retain your rights in the artwork you provide. You give Scribble3D permission to process that artwork with the providers described in our privacy notice, prepare your character, fulfil your order and provide related support. This is not permission for us to put your drawing in a public gallery or use it in advertising. AI-assisted output is subject to applicable rights and provider terms; we do not promise that a generated character is unique. Scribble3D branding is separate from the artwork you supply.
