Request deletion of your data
Contact hello@scribble3d.com with the subject “Scribble3D data deletion”. Tell us whether you want to delete a particular creation, your sign-in connection, or your entire account and associated personal data.
Where possible, email from the address linked to your Scribble3D account. If you used Facebook, Google or Apple, say which provider you used. If Apple supplied a private relay address, mention that address if you know it. Never send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes or payment-card details.
We may need to confirm that you control the account before deleting its data. This is a manual request process, not an instant account-deletion button. We will explain the outcome and any information that must be retained, including the reason and retention period.
Delete an individual creation
Where a creation has a Delete button in your account, you can remove it and its related artwork there. This does not delete purchased download packs or order records. Include those in your email request if you want them reviewed for deletion too.
Facebook, Google and Apple sign-in
You can also remove Scribble3D’s access through your provider’s account settings. This alone does not delete data already held by Scribble3D. Contact us to request deletion of your stored provider account identifier, email address and associated account data.
Downloaded files
Copies saved to your device are under your control. Deleting server data does not remove those copies.
